WHERE TO EAT: New Menu at Benihana Amwaj Rotana – Dubai

Benihana’s tableside pyrotechnics are fun — and that really added to the international popularity of the restaurant. But they are actually more than just their flaming onion volcano. They actually have amazing food that could satisfy your Japanese food cravings!

Amwaj Rotana’s Japanese-American restaurant, Benihana, launched a new menu specially created by the restaurant’s team of talented chefs.

Executive Chef Ted Espiritu joined Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach – Dubai in August 2016. From the USA, Ted’s career began with a Diploma in Culinary Arts at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, USA.

Guests visiting Benihana can dive into seafood specialties presented on the signature Hibachi grill, as well as new style sashimi, and a piping hot bowl of udon. Every meal starts with a helping of ‘Zensai’ – hot and cold appetizers. Dumplings and Kushiyaki-style skewers also feature on the new menu.
